1. Who you are contracting with

The Leox AI service is provided by Leox AI Assistant, trading as “Leox AI”. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you are entering into an agreement with Leox AI Assistant. You can reach us at support@leox.ai.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use Leox AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use Leox AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your country.

3. The service

Leox AI is a hosted AI assistant offering chat with multiple AI models, automatic model routing, image generation and editing tools, and saved conversation and image history. Free accounts have daily usage limits; a paid Premium plan removes those limits and unlocks additional models and image tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@leox.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Leox AI. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to produce or distribute illegal content.
• Use it for fraud, spam, phishing or other deceptive activity.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of any person.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting to bypass rate limits, usage quotas or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limitations.

6. AI-generated content and acceptable AI use

Leox AI is a generative AI product. In addition to the rules above, you must not use it to generate: illegal content or child sexual abuse material; deepfakes or misleading impersonations of real people; hate speech, harassment or incitement to violence; malware or attack tooling; or content designed to jailbreak, bypass or subvert model safety measures.

• You are responsible for your prompts, for any images or files you upload, and for how you use the outputs you receive.
• You confirm you have the rights necessary to any content you input, including any photographs or images you upload for editing.
• As between you and us, you retain your rights in your inputs, and we do not claim ownership of outputs generated for you. Outputs may not be unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users.
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, financial or tax advice, and verify anything important before acting on it.

We may moderate content: we can filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts where these rules are breached. Rights holders can report infringing content to support@leox.ai and we will review and remove infringing material; accounts responsible for repeated infringement will be terminated.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Leox AI service and everything in it — software, interfaces, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely in order to provide the service to you.

8. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller, Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitments are set out in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Service availability and warranties

We work to keep Leox AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. When access ends, you can export your chat history and generated images for 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leox AI Assistant is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
